Meal Planning for your busy life.
To me, food is more than just what fuels your body. Food brings joy in our lives because with food we make friends, we share special moments with our loved ones, and we count our blessings. Sharing my recipes and passion with others makes me happy, which is why I have this little blog. These recipes are made with love and I truly hope you enjoy cooking them in your kitchen.
105 Laid-Back, Healthy and Wholesome Recipes
A Defined Dish Book by New York Times Bestselling Author, Alex Snodgrass
I’m beyond excited to finally share that my SECOND cookbook is coming to a book store near you! The Comfortable Kitchen is filled with 105 laid-back, healthy and wholesome recipes you’ll feel comfortable making and comfortable feeding your family. Similar to my first book, many of the meals are fully Paleo compliant—or at the very least Paleo-ish—and there are plenty of recipes with simple ingredient swaps for a nutritious meal that everyone will love, making it perfect for people who are enjoying their “food freedom” stage of their health journey.
The Defined Dish: Whole30 Endorsed, Healthy and Wholesome Weeknight Recipes
Nourished Kitchen brings simple, nutrient-dense foods back to the kitchen table with emphasis on fermentation, bone broth, sourdough, and herbal remedies that help you feel your best.
I love creating simple, real-food recipes for you and your family. Sure there will be some more complicated recipes (weekend recipes as I like to call them) and yes, there will also be some healthy indulgences and the occasional cocktail (because you only live once and you have to have balance!) – but overall, you will find those simple, approachable recipes we all need on a daily basis. And those recipes will be a fun mix of Paleo, Whole30, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free and Plant-Based.
REAL FOOD FOR FOOD SENSITIVITIES & ALLERGIES
I started a Whole30 a few years ago when my husband was dealing with some health issues. I’ll show how to cook flavorful meals that make you feel great. Subscribe below to receive updates on our newest Whole30, low fodmap, and paleo recipes.
PaleOMG was created to inspire, make you smile, and change your meals for the better. If you are not laughing during a post or feeling uncomfortable when I talk about my love life (lack there of), I am doing something wrong. This blog is here to help you believe in your health, believe in your abilities in the kitchen as well as the gym, and believe in yourself during your quest for personal excellence.
The recipes you’ll find here are inspired by the people and places I love most. I come from a family of ten, and a big family means BIG meals. In an effort to tame some of our mealtime chaos and get dinner on the table at a respectable hour, I began to help cook. I soon realized how much I enjoyed it, and before I knew it, I had taken over cooking our meals full-time. I captured the process in photos and documented my best recipes, and that’s how Half Baked Harvest was born.
The Paleo diet is a nutrient-dense whole foods diet based on eating a variety of quality meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices and healthy fats. It improves health by providing balanced and complete nutrition while avoiding most processed and refined foods and empty calories.

With over 10 years abroad between Stockholm in Sweden, Chicago in the United States and now Vancouver in Canada, my cosmopolitan background naturally has a strong impact in my cooking. Fusion food is indeed my favorite cuisine. Trying to use natural and organic ingredients only, I like to develop healthy recipes, mostly plant-based, sometimes vegan, gluten free, or even lactose free.
Minimalist Baker celebrates simple cooking by sharing recipes that require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, or 30 minutes or less to prepare.

The Family Freezer started back in 2012 as a blog dedicated to healthy crockpot recipes that could be frozen without any cooking ahead of time. Back then, no one had heard of assembling crockpot recipes in freezer bags! The next ten years were spent writing and testing new recipes over and over again, taking photos of meals on our front porch, and writing VERY organized shopping lists. We started teaching live cooking classes in 2020 and found they were a lot of fun! We’re humbled to currently serve over 300,000 email subscribers, 60,000 cookbook eBook customers, 55,000 Freezer Meal Pro members, and almost 100,000 followers on each of our social media platforms. Thank you!!! Your support and encouragement mean the world to us, so please reach out anytime.
